Detective Sgt. Tom M. (Ret.)
Twenty-eight years with IMPD — fifteen of them in Homicide. Worked more than 200 death investigations across Marion County, testified at trial dozens of times, and spent his last four years on the job supervising the cold case squad. Specializes in the downtown and Near North cases on the tour, including Tony Kiritsis and the broader Dillinger-era history.
Officer Mike D. (Ret.)
Twenty-four years on the street, most of it undercover in Narcotics and later in the Gang Unit. Worked the Westside and Haughville for most of his career — including the long shadow cast by the 1978 Burger Chef case and the Speedway bombings. Brings a street-level view of how neighborhoods change and why some cases never close.
Lt. Dave R. (Ret.)
Thirty years in uniform, eight as a Patrol Lieutenant on the Southside and Eastside. Knows Irvington and the LaSalle Street corridor the way only a beat cop can — block by block, story by story. Closed his career running community policing programs across two districts.
